Job Overview:

Are you a driven and dynamic individual with a passion for sales and a knack for building relationships? Our client is seeking a Business Development and Sales Operations Specialist to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective clients. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from lead generation to onboarding and customer success. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Business Development:
    • Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads via email, LinkedIn, phone, and other relevant channels.
    • Research target markets and identify potential clients.
    • Qualify leads and move them through the sales funnel.
    • Conduct cold calls, warm calls, and presentations to prospective clients.
    • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  • Sales Operations:
    • Manage and maintain the HubSpot CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
    • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement sales processes and best practices.
    • Create and maintain sales documentation, including presentations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Customer Onboarding and Success:
    • Onboard new customers and provide ongoing support.
    • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive adoption and retention.
    • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Other Responsibilities:
    • Respond promptly to all leads via social media, phone, email, or text.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns.
    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
    • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 or more years of proven experience in sales, business development, and/or sales operations.
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM or other similar systems.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and methodologies.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
  • Backup Internet
