Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward candidates at all times.
- Responding promptly to candidate inquiries.
- Communicating with candidates through various channels (emails and phone calls).
- Processing application forms and requests.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
- CRM Management
- Other ad hoc task
Qualifications:
- At least college level.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required.
- Ability to stay calm when candidates are stressed or upset.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Comfortable using computers
- Preferably experience working with customer support and recruitment
- Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems
Minimum Requirements:
- i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
- Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
- An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
