Work From Home

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward candidates at all times.
  • Responding promptly to candidate inquiries.
  • Communicating with candidates through various channels (emails and phone calls).
  • Processing application forms and requests.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • CRM Management
  • Other ad hoc task

Qualifications: 

  • At least college level.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required.
  • Ability to stay calm when candidates are stressed or upset.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Preferably experience working with customer support and recruitment
  • Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems

Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
  • Backup Internet
  • Quiet Workplace
