Responsibilities : 

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needs
  • Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies, procedures, and programs
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment and labor laws
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR database
  • Support HR initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement programs
  • Handle employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner
  • Other ad hoc tasks

Requirements : 

  • A minimum of 1year experience in HR, administration, recruitment, and payroll
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
