Responsibilities :
- Handle full-cycle recruitment process including posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their talent acquisition needs
- Administer payroll, benefits, and HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, including employment and labor laws
- Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related issues
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR database
- Support HR initiatives, including performance management and employee engagement programs
- Handle employee relations issues in a professional and confidential manner
- Other ad hoc tasks
Requirements :
- A minimum of 1year experience in HR, administration, recruitment, and payroll
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred)
