Our client shares a passion for creating gorgeous smiles. Their practice is the home of Smile Makeover, a multidisciplinary suite of dental services that help bring out the best in patients’ smiles.

In addition to our client’s cosmetic services, they also offer preventive dentistry, restorations, endodontic care, general dentistry, and orthodontics.

Our client is a growing practice with a heavy emphasis on dental veneers. Their practice has experienced tremendous growth and is prime for potential expansion. Unlike other oral surgical practices, they market directly to their customers.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls per day and focusing on closing sales to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by the company. The ideal candidate must have a background in sales, call center experience preferred, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering inbound telephone calls and making outbound calls (averaging 150 calls per day)
  • Identifying and scheduling qualified prospects for consultation
  • Providing prospects with detailed information about dental implants and veneers
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Accurately entering all data about prospect’s information
  • Engaging in online chat with prospects, including but not limited to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
  • Managing the follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed interest
  • Sending information packets to scheduled prospects prior to their visit
  • Addressing caller needs in a timely fashion, answering questions, and setting scheduled consultations
  • Maintaining and updating CRM software with prospect and customer information
  • Preparing regular reports on sales activities and results
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns
  • Participating in sales meetings and training sessions
  • Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge

  • Dental knowledge is preferred but not required

  • Experience with CRM software and maintaining sales records
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Analytical skills to assess and improve sales strategies
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
  • Trainable and eager to learn new skills
  • Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
  • Backup Internet
