Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative Team Leader to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of inside sales representatives, ensuring they meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets set by the company. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in sales, with experience in a call center environment preferred, and demonstrate exceptional leadership and coaching abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Monitor and manage daily sales activities, including inbound and outbound calls
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize team performance
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
- Provide prospects with detailed information about dental implants and veneers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Accurately enter and manage prospect and customer data in CRM software
- Engage in online chat with prospects, including but not limited to social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- Manage the follow-up process by reaching out to potential patients who have already expressed interest
- Send information packets to scheduled prospects prior to their visit
- Address caller needs in a timely fashion, answer questions, and set scheduled consultations
- Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and sales activities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies and campaigns
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within a call center environment
- Strong sales skills with a focus on building relationships and “closing the sale”
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets
- Self-motivated, driven, and initiative-taking
- Ability to educate consumers on products and services
- Engaging and friendly demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a stressful environment while maintaining a pleasant demeanor
- Advanced English verbal and written communication skills
- Dental knowledge is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with CRM software and maintaining sales records
- Analytical skills to assess and improve sales strategies
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
