Lead Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong background in B2B sales. The ideal candidate will be adept at leveraging LinkedIn, email, phone calls, and social media to generate qualified leads and drive business growth. This role is crucial in identifying and nurturing potential clients to expand our market presence and achieve sales targets.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn, email campaigns, phone calls, and social media platforms to identify and generate new B2B leads.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reach potential clients and create a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential industries and clients that could benefit from our services.
  • Appointment Setting: Reach out to potential clients to set up appointments, enhancing the sales team’s opportunities.
  • Lead Follow-up and Research: Diligently follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential clients, understanding their needs and how our services can meet those needs/pain points to effectively present CreaThink Solutions’ value proposition.
  • Initiate contact and build relationships with potential clients through personalized communication.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all lead generation activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving lead generation processes. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling marketing materials and presentations.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies and goals.
  • To meet or exceed KPIs

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the BPO or outsourcing industry.
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn, email marketing, outbound strategies, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems

Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
  • Backup Internet
  • Quiet Workplace
