Responsibilities:

  • Add/amend reservations received from distributors to the booking system.
  • Providing support to on-site staff in various cities.
  • Dealing with venues and service providers in various cities to book buses, headsets, and other services related to our tours.
  • Liaise with colleagues and other departments as necessary to ensure efficiency and maximize the use of all resources.
  • Problem solving when issues arise.
  • To receive or make calls to tour distributors to address booking concerns.
  • Other administrative and data entry duties as required.

Qualifications: 

  • At least college level.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  • Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Comfortable using computers
  • Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems

Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
  • Backup Internet
  • Quiet Workplace
