Responsibilities:
- Add/amend reservations received from distributors to the booking system.
- Providing support to on-site staff in various cities.
- Dealing with venues and service providers in various cities to book buses, headsets, and other services related to our tours.
- Liaise with colleagues and other departments as necessary to ensure efficiency and maximize the use of all resources.
- Problem solving when issues arise.
- To receive or make calls to tour distributors to address booking concerns.
- Other administrative and data entry duties as required.
Qualifications:
- At least college level.
- Fluency in written and spoken English required.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Comfortable using computers
- Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems
Minimum Requirements:
- i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
- Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
- An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
