Responsibilities : 

• Call SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) given by the client to present the company and services
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
• Use scripts to provide information about services, prices and present their benefits
• Ask questions to understand the customer’s requirements
• Convince the leads to purchase by showcasing how the services fulfill their demands.
• Accurately enter the customer ‘s data into the client’s system.
• Go the extra mile to accomplish sales targets and promote more sales.
• Recordkeeping

Requirements : 

• Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role
• Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
• Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
