Responsibilities :
- Call SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) given by the client to present the company and services
- Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
- Use scripts to provide information about services, prices and present their benefits
- Ask questions to understand the customer’s requirements
- Convince the leads to purchase by showcasing how the services fulfill their demands.
- Accurately enter the customer ‘s data into the client’s system.
- Go the extra mile to accomplish sales targets and promote more sales.

Requirements :
- Proven experience as a telemarketer or similar sales role
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office or Google Suite
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
