Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Representative with specialized experience in the logistics and trucking industry to join our client’s team. This remote role is perfect for a proactive sales professional who excels in digital communication and sales strategies. You will use your expertise in LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and phone calls to engage potential customers, understand their needs, and drive sales results.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize LinkedIn to network with potential clients, promote services, and generate leads.
  • Develop and manage email marketing campaigns tailored to the logistics and trucking sectors to attract and retain clients.
  • Engage with potential clients through outbound calls to understand their needs and offer customized logistics/trucking solutions.
  • Answering incoming calls and responding to client inquiries.
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain robust customer relationships by providing timely and effective solutions aligned with their business needs.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the company’s CRM database.
  • Tracking and reporting on sales/lead generation metrics and progress toward targets.

Qualifications: 

  • At least college level.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in the logistics industry, with trucking experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively use LinkedIn for networking and sales, along with proficiency in email marketing and phone communication.
  • Strong understanding of the logistics and transportation industry’s dynamics and market drivers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated and organized with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team collaboration and communication.

Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
