Job Overview:
Join our client’s dynamic marketing agency as a Social Ads Executive, where you will take a lead role in the planning, execution, and optimization of social media advertising campaigns. As a Social Ads Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving client success through impactful and results-driven social media advertising initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Strategy and Planning:
- Develop comprehensive social media advertising strategies aligned with client objectives and target audiences.
- Plan and execute end-to-end campaign strategies, including budget allocation, ad creative development, and audience targeting.
2. Ad Copy and Visual Content Development:
- Create and optimise ad copy that resonates with target audiences.
- Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce visually compelling assets for social media ads.
3. Platform Expertise:
- Demonstrate expertise in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and their advertising features.
- Stay informed about platform updates, new features, and emerging trends.
4. Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
- Conduct audience research and segmentation to optimise targeting and enhance campaign performance.
- Implement A/B testing strategies to refine audience targeting and messaging.
5. Campaign Optimization and Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns meet or exceed client expectations.
- Implement ongoing optimization strategies based on data-driven insights.
6. Client Collaboration:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding social media advertising campaigns.
- Communicate campaign progress, results, and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear and professional manner.
7. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and account managers, to ensure seamless campaign execution.
8. Stay Informed and Innovate:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Innovate and propose new ideas to enhance the effectiveness of social media advertising campaigns.
9. Other ad hoc tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in social media advertising, preferably within a marketing agency.
- Certifications in major social media advertising platforms
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Proven track record of delivering successful social media advertising campaigns with measurable results.
- Ability to adapt to evolving industry trends, platform updates, and client needs.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and experienced in ad management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
