Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and enhancing our clients’ online presence. This role demands a blend of creativity, technical prowess, and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok,  etc.).
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging and brand-aligned content.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement, and respond promptly to interactions.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track performance and refine strategies for optimal engagement and reach.

Content Creation:

  • Edit and produce high-quality videos tailored for social media platforms.
  • Design visually appealing graphics and other digital content using Canva and other graphic design tools.
  • Write compelling and concise copy for social media posts, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.

Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Work closely with the team to ensure alignment of social media content with overall marketing campaigns and client goals.
  • Coordinate with various departments to source content and insights for social media posts.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies, providing recommendations for new strategies and tools.

Training and Development:

  • Be open to continuous learning and training on new social media tools and techniques.

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the digital marketing industry.
  • Proficiency in video editing software and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Trainable and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
  • Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
  • Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
  • An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
  • Backup Internet
  • Quiet Workplace
