Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architect/Interior Designer. This role focuses on healthcare and commercial interior design projects.
The candidate will be responsible for producing a professional, full set of construction drawings, creating detailed joinery and construction drawings, and developing high-quality 3D renderings. Prior experience with Australian projects is essential. Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and produce comprehensive construction drawings for healthcare and commercial interior projects.
- Create detailed joinery drawings and interior construction drawings to industry standards.
- Ensure all design documentation meets Australian building codes and standards.
- Work collaboratively with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Utilize Revit, ArchiCAD, and AutoCAD proficiently for design and documentation.
- Generate high-quality 3D renderings to visualize design concepts effectively.
- Provide expert advice on materials, finishes, and interior layouts.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in healthcare or commercial interior design.
- Strong fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Revit or ArchiCAD and AutoCAD is required.
- Proven ability to produce detailed construction drawings and joinery documentation.
- Prior experience working on Australian interior projects.
- Strong design and technical skills, with an eye for detail and precision.
- Ability to create high-quality 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or Google Workspace (G Suite) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
