Job Overview:
We are looking for a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist who can support the growth of three early-stage businesses serving the US and Canada markets.
This role is ideal for someone who can combine strategy and hands-on execution. The founder will provide overall direction, messaging, and copy guidance, while this person will turn that direction into organized campaigns, workflows, and consistent execution across multiple brands.
The immediate priority is to help grow:
- A travel business focused on hosted retreat experiences in France for women
- A digital product business currently serving job seekers
- A consulting business focused on strategic revenue growth and innovation for tech, tech-adjacent companies, and private equity portfolios
The first focus will be on the travel and digital product brands, then expansion into the consulting business.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Planning and Execution
- Translate founder direction, messaging, and copy into clear marketing campaigns
- Build and manage simple campaign calendars across multiple brands
- Coordinate launch activities, promotions, and content rollouts
- Help maintain alignment between offers, messaging, audience, and channels
Funnel and CRM Support
- Build, update, and optimize landing pages and funnels using ClickFunnels or similar tools
- Support CRM and email workflow setup in HubSpot or comparable platforms
- Organize lead capture, segmentation, follow-up flows, and basic automation
- Track campaign movement from traffic to lead to conversion
Social Media Marketing
- Support content planning and posting across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Repurpose approved messaging into social captions, campaign assets, and posting workflows
- Coordinate content across brands while maintaining clear audience positioning
- Monitor basic performance and recommend improvements
Outbound and Growth Support
- Assist with outbound lead generation tools, with a willingness to learn new systems
- Help implement lead generation and outreach workflows as needed
- Support campaign testing and optimization based on early results
Reporting and Optimization
- Track key performance indicators across campaigns, funnels, and social channels
- Identify bottlenecks, gaps, and quick-win improvements
- Provide concise weekly updates, progress summaries, and next-step recommendations
Creative Coordination
- Handle light creative execution such as simple graphics and short-form content support using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Express
- Brief and coordinate with an occasional video editor for reels, short clips, and simple promos
- Ensure assets are delivered in alignment with campaign needs and timelines
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing with both strategic and execution responsibilities
- Hands on experience with at least one CRM or email marketing platform, ideally HubSpot or similar
- Hands on experience with ClickFunnels or another funnel / landing page builder
- Experience supporting social media marketing for Instagram and Facebook; TikTok experience is a plus
- Ability to work across multiple brands with different audiences and offers
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Ability to adapt to a founder’s tone, voice, and direction
- Organized, resourceful, and comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
- Strong async communication skills using Slack, Loom, and project tracking systems
- Experience with multi-brand or agency-style support
- Experience with early-stage businesses or startup marketing
- Basic understanding of short-form video content workflows
- Comfort reviewing analytics and making practical optimization recommendations

Minimum Requirements:
- i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
