The selected candidate will join an entrepreneur to expand a family-run travel business based in Florida, USA. As the first member of the marketing team, the selected candidate must demonstrate exceptional independence and time management skills. The role demands innovative strategies to enhance interest in the travel business, focusing on content creation, SEO enhancement, and broad marketing activities aimed at boosting growth and attracting potential customers.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll be responsible for all aspects of marketing, working with the US Founder to create, implement, and assess all marketing efforts across the travel company.
- Help develop creatives and then implement them to meet objectives for all content and online presence including social media posts, setting up podcasts, and other content.
- Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns across channels and ensure the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
- Help with SEO efforts on website optimization and keyword research to influence content.

- Prior marketing experience is essential.
- Prior travel experience is strongly preferred but not essential
- Fixed 15-20 hours per week (Eastern Time)
