Responsibilities:
- Purchase tickets per utilization forecasts and sales trends, then insert them into our system.
- Review purchased tickets to ensure quality assurance and catch any possible errors.
- Develop, and once approved, implement new purchasing procedures and processes.
- Review upcoming tour sales and analyse and action tasks to reduce ticket wastage & increase sales opportunities.
- Support the analysis of margins and collaborate in developing strategies to improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate effectively and professionally with internal/external stakeholders to resolve issues and foster good relationships.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in written and spoken English required.
- Analytical capabilities, ability to evaluate, analyse and present data trends to the business.
- A persistent attention to detail and a high level of comfort in working with numbers and repetitive processes.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with all levels of management.
- Available to work shifts schedule.5 days out of 7 scheduled Monday to Sunday
- Experience in the tourism industry is a plus.
- Knowledge in the MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and agility in learning new internal software and systems.
Working Hours:
- Work from home project-based job
- Work days are scheduled 5 days across Monday to Sunday
- Working hours are 30-40 hours per week (4:00PM to 1:00AM and may slightly vary)
Minimum Requirements:
- i5 10th Gen or equivalent, 8GB RAM, 2GB Video Card or Integrated Graphics Card, Windows 10 or macOS (no Netbooks or Chromebooks), Headset with noise cancellation feature
- Main Internet should be minimum of 20MBPs, wired only
- An Antivirus Software should be installed, activated and updated
